Hi, I’m Letitia Wu, the creator of this course. I’ve been teaching Chinese to international students since 2006, and I’m excited to help you build a strong foundation in Pinyin.

In this lesson, we focus on 29 Chinese compound finals. 

These are combinations of vowels and sometimes consonants that create unique sounds in the language. 

The compound finals include ai, ei, ao, ou, iu, ui, and more. Understanding these sounds will enable you to pronounce Chinese words more accurately and naturally.
